Badges are permanent marks of your work, your tenure, and your contribution to the Guild. They live on your profile and your directory card. Hover any badge to learn more.

How to Earn Badges

Most badges are awarded automatically when you meet the criteria. A few require a quick action from you.

Founding Collaborator Leave a message on the Guild Board before launch day.
Founding Recruiter Refer 5 members using your personal share link.
Guild Ambassador Refer 10 or more members using your share link.
Guild Captain Contact us at admin@ccaguild.com to become a regional rep for your state or province.
Competition Veteran Log 5 or more competitions in your profile's competition history.
World Stage Mark a world championship event in your competition history.
Instructor Mark yourself as an instructor in your profile settings.
Content Creator Add your YouTube channel or podcast URL to your profile links.

Your Share Link

Every member gets a unique referral link. When carvers join through your link, your referral count grows — and so do your badges.

How do I update my listing in the directory?

Edit your profile at profile.html and save. Changes sync to the member directory automatically — no waiting required.

My name is already in the directory from before I joined — how do I claim it?

Email admin@ccaguild.com with your CCAG-ID and we'll link your account to the existing listing.

Can I remove myself from the directory?

Yes. Email admin@ccaguild.com and we'll remove your listing promptly.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email admin@ccaguild.com or cancel directly through your account settings page.

The photo I uploaded isn't showing yet.

Photos can take a few minutes to process and propagate. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If it still hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, contact us.

I think I qualify for a badge I don't have.

Reach out at admin@ccaguild.com and tell us which badge and why you believe you qualify. We'll review and award it manually if confirmed.
